| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨定咳汤治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,分别给予定咳汤和阿斯美治疗1周。结果:两组患者治疗前后咳嗽视觉模拟评分均有明显减少,有显著性统计学差异(P<0.01);总体疗效治疗组优于对照组,有显著性统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:定咳汤对感染后咳嗽有良好的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Dingke Decoction in treating postinfectious cough.Method:120 cases were divided into treatment and control groups,treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with Dingke Decoction and control group in which 60 cases were treated with Asmeton,with a course of 1 week.Results:The visual analogue scores after treatment were lower than pretreatment values for each group significantly(P<0.01);The total effective rate were higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is indicated that Dingke Decoction has positive effects on postinfectious cough. |
