| 摘 要： | 目的 了解中国10省(自治区)农村学龄前儿童超重朋巴胖的发生情况。方法 利用“2006年巾国10省农村7岁以下儿童体格发育调查”资料,选取学龄前儿童作为研究对象,以体重超过同性别、同身高参照人群均值的10%为超重,超过20%者为轻度肥胖,超过30%者为中度肥胖,超过50%为重度肥胖。利用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。运用f检验进行率的比较。结果 共纳入38923名儿童,超重检出率为4.18%,男童的超重检出率高于女童(f=4.3436,P=0.0371),3～岁组儿童超重检出率最高(5.80%);肥胖检出率为1.21%,以轻度肥胖为主(O.78%),男、女童肥胖检出率差异无统计学意义(f=0.3890,P=0.5328),其中6一岁组的肥胖检出率最高(1.42%);10省(自治区)农村超重检出率为1.38%一7.62%,肥胖检出率为0.57%～3.08%,其中吉林省超重和肥胖检出率均最高,广西壮族自治区最低。结论 中国农村地区学龄前儿童超重朋巴胖总检出率较低,3。4岁为农村学龄前儿童超重朋巴胖高发期,北部地区超重朋巴胖检出率较高,应引起重视。
