2005年深圳市宝安区人间布鲁氏菌病监测报告

目的掌握深圳市宝安区布鲁氏菌病疫情动态,为预测布病流行趋势、制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法按照卫生部《全国人间布鲁氏菌病监测方案》要求,血清学结果和病例判定参照“布鲁氏菌病诊断标准和处理原则(GB15988-1995)”。结果2005年9月宝安区共进行流行病学调查2092人,其中血清学监测476人,监测率22.75%,虎红平板试验阳性者5人,试管凝集试验在1:50～1:400之间,出现50%～100%凝集,均为公明玉律奶牛场工人,阳性率1.05%(5/476),患病率0.42%(2/476)。结论宝安区人间布鲁氏菌病的危胁仍然存在,并且有扩散蔓延的趋势;今后应该采取综合防治措施,以控制人间布鲁氏菌病。

Surveillance report on human Brucellosis in 2005 in Bao'an District of Shenzhen Municipality

Objective The present investigation was made to get an insight into the epidemic dynamics of human Brucellosis in Bao'an District of Shenzhen Municipality to provide scientific basis for the prediction of the epidemic trend of Brucellosis and establishment of strategies for its prevention and control．Methods SurveiIlance was made following the raquirements in"National Plan for the Surveillance of Human Brucellosis" by the Ministry of Health "Diagnostic Standard and Management Principle of Brucellosis (GB25988—1995) "as used as referanee for serologic results and case evaluation．Resalts 2092 subjects in Bao'an district were epidemiologically investigated in Sept．2005,inchuding 476 subjects (22.75％)who were dateeted semlogically The Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT) was positive in 5 of the examined with a positive rate of 1.05％ (5/476)and a prevalence rate of 0.42％(2/476)，and tube agglutination test at 1:50-1:400 showed 50％～100％ of agglutination．All the infected cases found were workers working in Gongming Yulu Milk Cow Farm Conclusion There still exists a threat of human brucellosis with a trend of spreading in Ban'an district Comprehensive preventive and therapeutic rueasures should be taken to control Human Brucellosis in the area
