| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声检查右锁骨下动脉对早期动脉硬化的诊断价值。方法 采用超声技术探查120例右锁 骨下动脉、双侧颈总动脉及分支,了解右锁骨下动脉满意显像率,比较右锁骨下动脉动脉硬化发生率、严重程度 及与双侧颈动脉的差异。结果 右锁骨下动脉满意显像率为91.7％。右锁骨下动脉的动脉硬化的程度较双侧颈动 脉重(P<0.001);60岁以下年龄组中,右锁骨下动脉动脉硬化的发病率较双侧颈动脉高(P<0.005)。结论 右锁骨 下动脉超声显像较满意,其动脉硬化发病早、程度重,在早期病变的诊断中具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of right subclavian artery (RSA) examined by ultrasound to find early arteriosclerosis. Methods 120 cases of RSA and both sides of common carotid artery (CCA) were examined by ultrasound. Observe the visible rate of RSA. Compare the arteriosclerosis degree of RSA and both sides of CCA. Results 110 of 120 cases (91.7%) RSA were visible clearly. The arteriosclerosis degree RSA is higher than both sides of CCA. In the group of age younger than 60, arteriosclerosis incidence of RSA is significantly increased than both sides of CCA. Conclusions RSA's arteriosclerosis degree is higher than both sides of CCA's, and occurs earlier. |
