| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨负压吸引术治疗迁延性伤口的临床价值。方法 对28例慢性迁延性伤口，均采用间断性负压吸引术，然后常规换药，并观察其疗效。结果 28例病人中，27例顺利愈合，治愈率达96．43％，其中伤口在20天内愈合21例(75％)。结论 负压吸引术是治疗迁延性伤口的有效方法，简便易行，效果可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of vacuum drawing technique on the delayed wound healing. Methods: The chronic wounds of 28 cases were treated with the vacuum drawing technique, and the clinical effect observed. Results: In the 28 cases, the wounds of the 27 cases were cured, only one cases failed. Conclusion: Vacuum drawing technique is an effective method in treating the chronic wounds, and it is simple and feasible. |
