西宁地区汉族人群胃组织内NO含量变化与高原地区慢性胃炎发病的关系

目的：探讨高原地区慢性胃炎高发病率发病机制。方法：检测高原与平原地区汉族人群慢性胃炎胃组织内一氧化氮（NO）含量。结果：高原地区世居与移居汉族人群胃黏膜组织中的NO含量显著低于平原地区世居汉族人群。同一海拔地区（高海拔地区）世居与移居汉族人群胃黏膜内NO含量无明显差异。结论：高原地区慢性胃炎高发机制之一是因为长期持续处于慢性缺氧状态下胃组织保护性NO显著降低,削弱了其扩张血管,改善胃黏膜微循环的生理功能所致。

The Relation Between NO Concentration in Gastric Tissue and Chronic Gastritis in Han Population at High Altitude

Objective：To understand the pathogenesis of incidence of chronic gastritis in Han population at high altitude through detection of nitric oxide （NO） in gastric tissue.Methods：All Han subjects including 100 cases of chronic gastrictis at 2 000m~2 300m altitude and 46 cases of chronic gastritis in sea level （references） were designed in three group：the nation altitude group,the migrant altitude group and sea level control group. Level of nitric oxide in gastric tissue was detected respectively using a same method.Results：The levels of NO in the two high altitude groups were notably lower than that in the control group.There was no difference in level of NO between the nation and migrant altitude group at same altitude.Conclusions：The one of the pathogenesis of high incidence of chronic gastritis at high altitude is the lower level of NO in gastric mucosal because that weakened protection of NO decreases expansion of blood vessel and function of microcirculatory due to high altitude hypoxia.
