经腹腔镜胆囊一期缝合治疗胆囊息肉

１９９１年３月至１２月，我们应用腹腔镜行胆囊息肉摘除，胆囊一期缝合３２例。其中多发息肉２４例，单发８例。９例合并胆囊结石。手术前用Ｂ超对胆囊定位，做皮肤小切口，穿刺胆囊放入ＯｌｙｍｐｕｓＡ５３０７腹腔镜，取出息肉，电凝止血，标本立即行冰冻检查。冰冻报告为良性，术中胆道造影无梗阻，用４／０无损伤缝线分层缝合胆囊粘膜和浆膜。多数病人仅手术当日需静脉补液治疗，术后第一天即可下地、进食。３２例切口均一期愈合。１６例３个月后随访，胆囊功能正常。

PRIMARY SUTURES OF THE GALLBLADDER BY THE USE OF LAPAROSCOPY FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE CHOLECYSTIC POLYPS

From March to December in 1991,We use laparoscope to remove the polyps and conduct primary suture of the gallbladder in 32 cases Twenty four cases are multiple polyps 8 are single and 9 have both polyps and stones.most of the patients are treated by venous transfusion on the same day of the surger.The day after the operation,patients can leave bed and eatfood.The venous transfusion is unnecessary.The main points of the operation are:Using B ultrasound to locate the fundus of gallbladder before operation,doing intraoperative photograph,completing hemostasis.The mucous coat and serous coat of gallbladder are sutured separately with 4/0 non-tramatic suture needles.All of the 32 caess have been cured.Three mouths later 16 cases were followed up and the functions of gallbladder are normal.
