云南昭通产苦丁茶配糖体抗脂质过氧化研究

摘    要:目的 观察云南昭通产苦丁茶总苷及 3种配糖体即阿克苷、紫茎女贞苷A和B对脂质过氧化的影响。方法 用Fe2 + 半胱氨酸反应系统产生超氧自由基激发大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化 ;Cu2 + 诱导人血浆低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)氧化修饰以及静脉注射四氧嘧啶引发小鼠自由基损伤。结果  3种配糖体显著降低微粒体脂质过氧化产物MDA水平、延长LDL氧化修饰的延迟时间 (lagtime) ,总苷能显著降低小鼠血清及肝脏MDA升高水平。结论 苦丁茶总苷及 3种配糖体具有抗脂质过氧化作用。

Abstract:AIM To observe the anti lipid peroxidative effects of total glycosides, acteoside, and ligupurpuroside A and B from ligustrum purpurascens, a kind of material of Ku Ding Cha in Yunnan province. Methods The Fe 2 cystein system was used to induce the lipid peroxidation of rat liver microsomes; copper was used to induce the low density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidative modification in men, and alloxan was injected iv into the mouse to induce free radical injury. Results Three glycosides, acteoside and ligupurpuroside A and B, could inhibit the microsome lipid oxidation determined by malondialdehyde (MDA) test. They could also increase the lag time of LDL oxidation. The total glycosides could reduce the MDA concentration in mouse serum and liver. Conclusion The three glycosides from ligustrum purpurascens may be effetive antioxidants.
