摘    要:目的分析CT及MRI两种不同的影像学方法在脑梗塞早期诊断中的临床应用。方法抽选该院神经内科的脑梗塞患者60例进行研究分析,在发病6 h内均进行头颅CT及MRI检查诊断病情,比较两种方法对脑梗塞的诊断正确率。结果头颅CT检查出脑梗塞9例,诊断正确率为15%;MRI检查出脑梗塞58例,诊断正确率为96.7%;MRI的诊断正确率显著高于CT。结论脑梗塞在早期经MRI检查即能清晰显示出病灶大小、形态及具体部位,便于临床早期发现疾病及时治疗,有重要的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical application value of CT and MRI these two different imaging methods in the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods 60 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in Department of Neurology of our hospital were selected to study and analyze. Head CT and MRI were performed in the patients within 6 hours of onset for checking and diagnosing the disease. The diagnostic accuracy of these two test methods was compared. Results 9 cases of cerebral infarction were detected by head CT, the diagnostic accuracy was 15%; by MRI, 58 cases of cerebral infarction were detected, the diagnostic accuracy was 96.7%; the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was significantly higher than that of CT. Conclusion MRI examination can clearly show the lesion size, shape and specific location for cerebral infarction in the early, which is convenient for clinical early detection of the disease and timely treatment and has important clinical value.
