盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗早产胎膜早破的疗效分析

目的研究盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗早产胎膜早破的疗效。方法将该院收治的早产胎膜早破患者纳入研究,根据治疗方法不同分为给予盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗的观察组和仅给予硫酸镁治疗的对照组,比较两组患者的分娩结局以及炎症反应情况。结果观察组产妇的早产率以及胎儿的早产存活率、足月存活率均低于对照组,足月分娩率均高于对照组;观察组产妇的TNF-a（0.73±0.12）vs（1.84±0.31）]ug/L、IL-1（104.8±18.2）vs（233.9±28.3）]ng/L、IL-6（58.5±8.2）vs（172.9±43.6）ng/L]水平均低于对照组。结论盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗能够延长妊娠时间、提高足月分娩率和胎儿存活率,并控制产妇的炎症反应,是治疗早产胎膜早破的理想方法。

Effect Analysis of Ritodrine Hydrochloride Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in Treating Preterm Labor and Fetal Membrane Early Broken

Objective To study the effect of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate in treating preterm labor and fetal membrane early broken. Methods The preterm labor and fetal membrane early broken patients admitted in our hospital were enrolled in the study and divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate and the control group was given magnesium sulfate. Then birth outcomes and inflammatory reactions of two groups were compared. Results The preterm birth rate of the puerperants and the premature birth fetal survival rate and term birth fetal survival rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, term birth rate was higher than that of the control group; TNF-a（0.73±0.12 vs 1.84±0.31 ug/L）, IL-1（104.8±18.2 vs 233.9±28.3 ng/L）, IL-6（58.5±8.2 vs 172.9 ±43.6 ng/L） levels of the puerperants in the observation group were lower than those of the puerperants in the control group. Conclusion Ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate are ideal therapy in treating preterm labor and fetalmembrane early broken for it can prolong the time of pregnancy; increase term delivery rate and fetal survival rate and control inflammatory reaction.
