妊娠糖尿病合并妊娠高血压综合护理干预

目的：探讨对妊娠糖尿病合并妊娠高血压综合征（GDM-PIH）的护理干预方法和效果。方法将2008年3月—2013年2月该院GDM-PIH患者52例纳入研究，随机分成两组。在常规治疗基础上A组接受常规护理干预，B组接受综合护理干预。对比两组患者妊娠结局的差异性。结果与A组对比发现，B组孕产妇并发症发生率明显较低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；未发生一例孕产妇死亡。B组围产儿并发症发生率、死亡率明显较低，出生1 min时Apgar评分明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在GDM-PIH的治疗过程中加强综合护理干预，可在一定程度上改善妊娠结局。

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Com-plicated by Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Syndrome

Objective To explore the nursing intervention method for GDM-PIH and its effect. Methods 52 GDM-PIH patients admitted in our hospital from March, 2008 to February, 2013 were included in the study and randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of conventional treatment, group A were treated with conventional nursing intervention, and group B were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The pregnancy outcome between the two groups was compared. Results Compared with group A, the incidence of maternal complications of group B was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）;and there was no case of maternal death. The perinatal complications rate and mortality of group B were lower, born 1 min Apgar scores were higher, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of GDM-PIH, strengthening the comprehensive nursing intervention, can improve the outcome of pregnancy in a certain extent.
