关节镜清理术与关节镜清理术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效对比

目的：探讨关节镜清理术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将该院2012年1月—2013年6月收治的200例膝骨性关节炎患者分为观察组与治疗组，观察组行关节镜清理术进行治疗，治疗组在观察组的基础上增加使用1疗程（1次/周，共5周）玻璃酸钠注射治疗，对比2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组与治疗组优良率分别为85.0%和76.0%差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；2组患者有效率分别为95.0%与97.0%，差异无统计学意义。结论关节镜清理术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效明显强于单纯进行关节镜清理术，值得在临床推广使用。

Comparison of the Curative Effect Between Arthroscopic Debridement and Arthroscopic Debridement Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect between arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 200 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients admitted in our hospital from January, 2012 to June, 2013 were divided into the observation group and treatment group, the observation group was given arthroscopic debridement for treatment, the treatment group was given sodium hyaluronate injection for a course of treatment （once a week, for 5 weeks） on the basis of the treatment given to the observation group. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group and the treatment group was 85.0% and 76.0%, respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the effective rate of the two groups was 95.0% and 97.0%, respectively, the difference was not comparable. Conclusion The curative effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee os-teoarthritis was stronger than that of the simple arthroscopic debridement, and it is worthy of clinical application.
