男性流动人口非婚性行为及安全套使用分析

目的了解北海市男性流动人口非婚性行为及安全套使用的情况。探讨影响因素提出有效的干预措施。方法用整群随机抽样法,使用《流动人群健康调查问卷》进行调查。结果共调查对象400例,最近1年发生商业性行为占17.75%,每次都用安全套占47.89%;最近1年与临时性伴发生过性行为占13.00%,每次都用安全套占23.08%。商业性行为中,年龄、户籍、艾滋病知识知晓率对安全套的使用率差异显著。结论加大艾滋病知识宣传,推广使用安全套,遏制艾滋病在流动人口中传播。

Analysis of the Extramarital Sexuality and Condom Use Among the Mobile Male Population

Objective To investigate the status of extramarital sexuality and condom use among the mobile male population in Beihai, explore the influence factors and put forward efficacious prevention steps. Methods Stratified clustered random sampling and the Mobile Population Health Questionnaire were used in the investigation. Results Of the 400 respondents, the proportion of the mobile population having commercial sexuality in the last year was 17.75%, the proportion of the mobile population using condom in every commercial sexuality was 47.89%; the proportion of the mobile population having sexuality with casual partners in the last year was 13.00%, the proportion of the mobile population using condom with casual partners every time was 23.08%. There was significant difference between the rate of condom use with age, census register and AIDS knowledge awareness when the mobility population had commercial sexuality. Conclusion It is necessary to carry out all kinds of AIDS knowledge education and promote the use of condom to control the prevalence of AIDS among the mobile population.
