摘    要:探讨一种改良宫颈锥切除术在治疗宫颈病变的临床效果。方法 2012年7月—2013年8月在该院及市妇幼保健院对30例患者实施改良宫颈锥切术,对其手术效果、出血时间、出血量进行观察。随机抽取同期20例行常规宫颈锥切除术进行对比。结果研究组术中出血量(20.08±3.34)mL],手术时间(15.08±5.9)min],均低于对照组(47.19±5.34)mL、(36.10±9.16)min,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论改良式宫颈锥切除术比常规宫颈锥切除术,手术时间短,出血量少,且操作方便,简单易学,值得临床推广。

The Observation on the Clinical Effect of A Modified Cervical Conization

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of a modified cervical conization in the treatment of cervical lesions. Methods 30 cases of patients underwent a modified cervical conization in Gaozhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital and The People's Hospital of Gaozhou from July, 2012 to August, 2013, the surgery effect, bleeding time and the amount of bleeding of the patients were observed. And 20 patients underwent conventional cervical conization during the same period were randomly selected as the control group. Results The intraoperative blood loss of the reseearch group was (20.08±3.34)ml], operation time was(15.08±5.9) min], both were less than the control group's (47.19±5.34)ml,(36.10±9.16)min], the differences were statisticaly significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The blood loss and operation time of modified cervical conization are less than those of conventional cervical conization, what is more, it is easy to operate, and simple to learn, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
