蒲元和胃胶囊联合伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床分析

目的探讨蒲元和胃胶囊联合伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选取该院近2年收治的80例功能性消化不良患者随机分为观察组与参考组,分别给予不同治疗方法治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95%,参考组治疗总有效率为72.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,患者临床症状积分改善程度明显大于参考组（P〈0.05）,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论蒲元和胃胶囊联合伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良可有效改善临床症状。

Clinical Analysis of Puyuanhewei Capsule Combined with Itopride in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of puyuanhewei capsule combined with itopride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 80 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted in our hospital in the past two years were randomly divided into observation group and reference group, and given different treatment methods. The treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 95%, and that of the reference group was 72.5%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the improvement of clinical symptoms was significantly better than that of the reference group（P〈0.05）; the difference between the two groups in incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Puyuanhewei capsule combined with itopride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
