城镇居民健康的影响因素分析

目的:分析城镇居民健康的影响因素,特别是行为因素,以期对改善城镇居民的生活方式及行为提供依据和对策.方法:利用中国东、中、西部9个省份18个城市的城镇居民家庭调查数据,对饮酒、吸烟等健康行为因素以及性别、年龄、收入等其他健康相关因素进行回归分析.结果:饮酒、肥胖、年龄、教育程度和收入对健康具有显著影响,并且饮酒与吸烟对健康的影响存在交互作用(P<0.05).饮酒、肥胖和年龄对健康均具有显著的负向影响,收入、教育则有正向影响.而性别、婚姻状况、保险和吸烟对健康的影响不显著.结论:饮酒、肥胖和年龄为负向影响因素,而收入、教育为正向影响因素.

Factors for health among urban residents
