聚乙二醇清肠液联合西(二)甲硅油甲硅油乳剂在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的疗效

目的:探析不同剂量复方聚乙二醇电解质散+西(二)甲硅油乳剂在结肠镜检查肠道准备工作中的应用疗效及临床价值.方法:分析2014年2月~2016年5月在我院接受结肠镜检查的98例患者的临床资料.根据用药方案的不同,将入选者分成A组(35例,2L清肠液)、B组(32例,3L清肠液)和C组(31例,3L清肠液+口服二甲硅油乳剂120mg)三组.比较三组患者的一般资料、渥太华量表(Ottawa)评分及其总体液体积聚量评分、结肠镜检查结果、祛泡效果及不良反应发生率.结果:三组患者的一般资料、Ottawa评分均无显著差异.B、C组患者的Ottawa总体液体积聚量评分显著低于A组,且B、C组患者右半结肠的清洁效果要优于A组.C组患者的右半结肠息肉检出率明显较A组高,而其它各项检查结果两两组间均无显著差异.C组的祛泡效果明显优于A、B组;各组不同部位的祛泡满意情况无统计学差异.三组患者的不良反应发生率无显著差异.结论:3L复方聚乙二醇电解质散+西(二)甲硅油乳剂联合应用于结肠镜检查肠道准备工作中的肠道清洁度和祛泡效果均较好,同时可以显著提升右半结肠息肉的检出率,且不良反应发生率低,值得推广.

The clinical effect of intestine-rising fluid combined with Dimethicone Emulsion in colonoscopy of bowelpreparation

Objective Our retrospective study was aimed toanalyze the clinical effect and value of different doses of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with Dimethicone Emulsion in colonoscopy of bowelpreparation. Methods Clinical data of 98 patients received colonoscopy at our hospitalfrom February, 2014 to May, 2016 was retrospec-tivelyanalyzed. Patients included were divided into two groups according to the different dosage regimen, group A(35 cases, 2L intestine-rising fluid), group B(32 cases, 3L intestine-rising fluid)and group C(31 cases, 3L intestine-rising fluid + 120 mgDimethicone Emulsion). The general information, the Ottawa scores and the scores of overall fluid in entire colon, the re-sults of colonoscopy, the effect of removing the bubbles and the occurrence of adverse reactions in three groups were compared.Results The general information and the Ottawa scores in three groups had no statistical difference. The scores of overall fluid in entire colon in group B and groupC were obviously lower than that in group A, and the cleaning effect of right colon in in group B and group C were obviously better than that in group A . The right colon polyp detection rate in group C was obviously higher than that in group A, and the other results had no statistical difference in any two groups. The effect of removing the bubbles in group C was better than that in group A and group B. The effect of removing the bubbles in different part of colon in each group had no statistical difference . The occurrence of adverse reactions in three groupshad no statistical difference . Conclusion The effect of removing the bubbles and cleaning effect of 3L compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and Dimethicone Emulsion in colonoscopy of bowelpreparation are all better, at the same time, it also can obviously increase the right colon polyp detection rate with lower occurrence rate of adverse reactions. It's worth promoting.
