替硝唑在老年牙周病患者中的应用效果及对相关指标的影响研究

目的 :观察并分析替硝唑在老年牙周病患者中的应用效果及对相关指标的影响情况.方法 :选取2014年1月~2015年6月于本院接受治疗的100例老年牙周病患者为研究对象,将100例老年患者随机分为对照组50例和观察组50例,对照组以甲硝唑进行口服治疗,观察组则以替硝唑口服治疗,然后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后不同时间的牙周指标、血清及龈沟液相关检测指标进行比较.结果 :治疗前两组患者的牙周指标、血清及龈沟液相关检测指标均无明显差异,而治疗后不同时间观察组的牙周指标均好于对照组,血清及龈沟液相关检测指标均低于对照组,均有显著性差异.结论 :替硝唑在老年牙周病患者中的应用效果较好,且其对血液及龈沟液相关检测指标的影响也更为积极,因此认为其在老年牙周病患者中的应用价值较高.

Study on application effect of tinidazole in the elderly patients with periodontal diseases and influence for the related indexes

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of tinidazole in the elderly patients with periodontal diseases and influence situation for the related indexes. Methods 100 elderly patients with periodontal diseases in our hospi-tal from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the study object, and 100 elderly patients were randomly divided into control group 50 cases and observation group 50 cases, the control group were treated with oral metronidazole, the observation group were treated with oral tinidazole, then the periodontal indexes, serum and gingival crevicular fluid related detection indexes of two groups before the treatment and at different time after the treatment were compared. Results The periodontal indexes, serum and gingival crevicular fluid related detection indexes of two groups before treatment all had no obvious differences, while the periodontal indexes of observation group at different time were all better than those of control group, the gingival crevicular fluid related detection indexes were all lower than those of control group, the differences were all significant. Conclusion The appli-cation effect of tinidazole in the elderly patients with periodontal diseases is better, and its influence for the blood and gingival crevicular fluid related detection indexes are more active, so its application value in the elderly patients with periodontal dis-eases is higher.
