高血压合并冠心病的老年患者运用硝苯地平控释片联合贝那利治疗效果的观察

目的:探究老年高血压合并冠心病患者在硝苯地平控释片和贝那普利联合治疗下的效果及安全性.方法:选取在我门诊接受治疗的79例高血压合并冠心病的老年患者,并随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组40例患者单纯口服硝苯地平控释片降压治疗,观察组39例患者在口服硝苯地平控释片基础上联合服用贝那普利进行降压治疗.比较治疗前后两组患者的收缩压与舒张压的变化情况;对比两组患者的治疗效果和药物不良反应发生情况.结果:两组患者治疗后的收缩压与舒张压均较治疗前下降显著,同时治疗后观察组的收缩压与舒张压低于对照组水平,观察组患者总有效率为92.31%;对照组患者总有效率为75.00%,两组具有统计学差异;两组患者不良反应发生率无统计学差异.结论:硝苯地平控释片联合贝那普利降压治疗,对老年高血压合并冠心病患者的血压降压效果显著,且能够有效地控制在安全可靠地范围内,提高了临床治疗的总有效率,不良反应少,值得临床上参考和推广.

To observe the therapeutic effect of elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease combined with nifedipine in Benner Pury

Objective Explore the effect of elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in nifedipine and combination therapy under Benner Pury and safety.Methods A total of 79 cases of elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in our hospital, and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 patients in the con-trol group treated with nifedipine treatment, the observation group of 39 patients in oral nifedipine combined with Benner Pury taking antihypertensive treatment. The changes of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effect and adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups.Results Two groups of patients after treatment, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than that before treatment, the observation group systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels were lower than that of the control group after treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was 92.31%; the total effective rate of control group was 75%, with statistical difference between the two groups; the adverse reactions of the two groups there was no significant difference.ConclusionsThe treatment of nifedipine combined with Benner Pury buck, significant antihypertensive effect on blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, and can be effectively controlled in the range of safe and reliable, improve the clinical treatment efficiency, less adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
