CNSI患者脑脊液中CRP、IL-6及IFN-γ 的表达及临床意义

目的 :观察中枢神经系统感染(CNSI)患者脑脊液中CRP、IL-6及IFN-γ 的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义.方法 :以2014年2月~2015年9月在我院接受治疗的中枢神经系统感染患者为观察对象,其中病毒性脑膜炎患者42例,化脓性脑膜炎患者45例,结核性脑膜炎患者40例,同时选取40例健康者为对照组.观察四组患者脑脊液CRP、IL-6及IFN-γ 水平,比较不同预后的患者其CRP、IL-6及IFN-γ 水平的差异,采用Pearson相关分析法分析CRP、IL-6及IFN-γ 之间的相关性.结果 :四组患者脑脊液CRP、IL-6及IFN-γ 水平存在显著差别:化脑组患者的CRP和IL-6水平明显高于其他各组,而病脑组患者的IFN-γ 水平明显高于其他各组,差异具有统计学意义;昏迷组患者的CRP、IL-6及IFN-γ 水平明显高于未昏迷组,差异具有统计学意义;病脑、化脑和结脑患者的脑脊液CRP水平与IL-6和IFN-γ 水平正相关,且IL-6和IFN-γ 水平也呈正相关关系.结论 :CNSI患者脑脊液中CRP、IL-6及IFN-γ 水平较高,且出现昏迷的患者更甚,可作为临床监测病情的指标.

The expression of CNSI in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with CRP,IL-6 and IFN gamma and its clinical significance

Objective To observe the infection of the central nervous system (CNSI) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in patients with CRP, IL-6 and IFN gamma expression, and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Central nervous system infection patients treated in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the observation object, including 42 cases of viral meningitis patients, 45 cases of patients with purulent meningitis, 40 cases of patients with tuberculous meningitis. At the same time, total 40 cases of healthy persons as control group. Observation of four groups of cerebrospinal fluid CRP, IL-6 and IFN gamma levels, differences in comparing the different prognosis of patients the levels of CRP, IL-6 and IFN gamma levels by Pearson correlation analysis analysis of the correlation between CRP and IL-6 and IFN gamma. Result Four groups of cerebrospinal fluid CRP, IL-6 and IFN gamma levels as there is a significant difference: group with purulent meningitis patients the levels of CRP and IL-6 was significantly higher than that of other groups, and cerebral disease patients with IFN gamma levels was significantly higher than that of other groups, the difference has statistical significance; Coma group of patients with CRP, IL-6 and IFN gamma levels was significantly higher than that in non coma group, the difference was statistically signifi-cant; Brain disease, meningitis and brain in patients with cerebrospinal fluid CRP and IL-6 and IFN gamma levels are related, and IL-6 and IFN gamma levels are positively related. Conclusion CNSI cerebrospinal fluid of patients with CRP, IL-6 and IFN gamma levels higher, and the emergence of coma patients even more, as the clinical monitoring of disease index.
