胰十二指肠切除术后早期肠内营养支持联合生长抑素对患者康复的影响

目的:探讨胰十二指肠切除术后早期肠内营养支持联合生长抑素对患者康复的影响.方法:51例胰十二指肠切除术患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组术后早期给予肠内营养+生长抑素治疗,对照组术后给予肠外营养+生长抑素治疗,对比两组患者术后10天时的营养指标、胃肠功能恢复时间、免疫指标及不良反应发生率.结果:观察组术后肛门排气时间、胃肠蠕动时间及总住院时间均显著短于对照组;术后观察组血糖、Hb、ALB均显著高于对照组;术后观察组IgA、IgG、IgM显著高于对照组;两组术后不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异.结论:早期肠内营养联合生长抑素能够有效促进胰十二指肠切除术后患者肠道功能的恢复,缓解营养不良状态,改善免疫功能,促进机体恢复,值得推广.

Influence on Rehabilitation of Early Enteral Nutrition combined with Somatostatin in Patients After Pancreatodoudenectomy

Objective To discuss the influence on rehabilitation of early enteral nutrition combined with somatostatin in patients after pancreatodoudenectomy. Methods 51 patients after pancreatodoudenectomy were randomly divided into the ob-servation group(n=25)and the control group(n=26), the observation group were treated with early enteral nutrition+somatostatin after the operation, and the control group were treated with parenteral nutrition+somatostatin after the operation, then the nutri-tional index, recovery time of gastrointestinal function, immune index and incidence rate of adverse reaction on 10 days after the operation were contrasted between the two groups. Results Anal exhaust time, gastrointestinal peristalsis time and total hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group; blood glucose, Hb and ALB after the operation in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group; IgA, IgG, and IgM in the observation group were signifi-cantly higher than the control group after the operation; there was no significantly difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition combined with somatostatin can effectively promote the recovery of intestinal function in patients after pancreatodoudenectomy, and relieve the malnutrition, improve the immune function, promote the recov-ery of the body, it is worthy of promotion.
