Prox-1与Ki-67在原发性胆囊癌中的表达及意义

目的:探讨Prox-1与Ki-67在原发性胆囊癌癌组织中的表达及临床意义.方法:用免疫组化法检测原发性胆囊癌患者癌组织、胆囊良性病变患者胆囊组织中Prox-1及Ki-67的表达,比较两种蛋白表达的差异,并分析Prox-1及Ki-67的表达与胆囊癌患者临床病理因素和预后的关系.结果:转移组的胆囊癌组织中Prox-1表达阳性率明显高于无转移组的和对照组;无转移组Prox-1表达阳性率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义.转移组的胆囊癌组织中Ki-67表达阳性率和无转移组比较无明显差异;转移组和无转移组Ki-67表达阳性率明显高于对照组.两种蛋白的表达与患者的性别、年龄无明显关系;胆囊癌组织中Prox-1与Ki-67表达相关性不明显.结论:原发性胆囊癌患者胆囊癌组织中Prox-1和Ki-67的阳性表达率明显增高,且Prox-1的表达强度与分化程度及淋巴结转移有关.Prox-1参与了胆囊癌的发生、发展,对胆囊癌患者的预后评估具有重要意义.

Expressions of prox-1 and ki-67 in primary gallbladder carcinoma and their significance

Objective To investigate the Prox-1 and Ki-67 expressions in primary gallbladder carcinoma tissues and their clinical significance. Methods The Prox-1 and Ki-67 expressions in cancer tissues from patients with primary gallblad-der cancer and gallbladder tissues from gallbladder benign lesions patients were determined by immunohistochemical stain-ing. The difference in expressions of two proteins among the tissues was compared and their relations of Prox-1 and Ki-67 expressions with clinicopathologic factors and prognosis of gallbladder cancer patients were analyzed. Results The expres-sions of Prox-1 in gallbladder carcinoma tissue with lymph node metastases was significantly higher benign lesions of gallblad-der tissue and without lymph node metastases of gallbladder carcinoma tissue. There was no significant difference compared with the without metastasisand the control group expression of Prox-1 positive rates. The expression of Ki-67 inmetastasis of gallbladder cancer issue and metastasis-free groups had no significant differences; but metastasis and metastasis-free of Ki-67 positive expression rates significantly higher than the control group. Two kinds of protein expression were notassociated with sex and age of the patients; there was a not obvious correlation between Prox-1 and Ki-67 expression in carcinoma of the gallbladder. Conclusion Both Prox-1 and Ki-67 positive rates in gallbladder carcinoma tissues of primary gallbladder carcino-ma patients were significantly higher, and expression of Prox-1 was associated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastases. Prox-1 participate in the process of occurrence and development of Carcinoma of gallbladder, has very important significance for prognosis of gallbladder cancer patients.
