颈椎鹿灵汤加减联合针刺治疗颈椎病的疗效观察

目的:探讨颈椎鹿灵汤加减联合针刺治疗颈椎病的疗效观察.方法:将160例颈椎病患者分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80).对照组采用常规西医治疗.观察组采用颈椎鹿灵汤加减联合针刺.于治疗前后,对比分析两组患者症状评分、体征评分、VAS评分、SF-36评分变化(包括生理职能RP、生理功能PF、躯体疼痛BP、社会功能SF、神经健康MH、情感职能RE、活力VT、总体健康GH)情况.结果:观察组总有效率(93.75%)显著高于对照组(81.25%),差异有统计学意义;两组治疗后症状评分、体征评分、VAS评分显著降低;治疗后,观察组症状评分、体征评分、VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组治疗后RP、PF、BP、SF、MH、RE、VT、GH均显著升高;治疗后,观察组PF、BP、SF、VT显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论:颈椎鹿灵汤加减联合针刺治疗颈椎病的疗效确切,能显著改善患者临床症状.

bservation of therapeutic effect of Cervical Luling Decoction combined with acupuncture on cervical spondylosis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Cervical Luling Decoction combined with acupuncture on cervical spondylosis. Methods 160 cases of cervical spondylosis were divided into observation group (n=80) and control group (n=80). The control group was treated with routine western medicine. Observation group using Cervical Luling Decoction com-bined acupuncture. Before and after treatment, and comparative analysis of two groups of patient symptom score, symptom score, vas and SF-36 score changes (including physiological functions RP, physiological function PF, physical pain BP, social func-tion SF, neural health MH, emotional functions RE, vitality VT, general health GH) situation. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (93.75%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.25%). The difference was statisti-cally significant. After treatment, the symptom scores, physical sign scores and VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased . After treatment, the observation group symptoms score, physical sign score, VAS score was significantly lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The two groups after treatment, RP, PF, BP, SF, MH, RE, VT, GH were significantly increased. After treatment, the observation group PF, BP, SF, VT was significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant . Conclusion Cervical Luling Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis is effective, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
