超声与X线钼靶在乳腺癌诊断中的应用观察

目的:观察超声与X线钼靶在乳腺癌患者中的诊断效果.方法:选取2014年4月~2016年5月医院诊治的乳腺癌患者60例,患者均经手术病理确诊.术前行超声、X线钼靶检测,将2种影像诊断结果与手术病理结果进行比较,分析超声与X线钼靶在乳腺癌患者中的诊断价值.结果:超声及X线钼靶临床表现存在明显的差异.超声诊断表现排在前三位的分别为:不规则团块、实性低回声及纵横径比>1,分别占86.67%、83.33%及60.00%;X线钼靶表现排在前三位分别为:淋巴结肿大、边缘毛刺征及微钙化,分别占:43.33%、38.34%及33.34%;超声诊断联合X线钼靶诊断检出率为93.34%,显著高于超声诊断的83.34%和X线钼靶诊断的81.67%.结论:乳腺癌患者术前采用超声诊断和X线钼靶诊断效果理想,但是二者联合能进一步提高临床确诊率,值得推广应用.

Ultrasound and X-ray mammography applications observed in breast cancer diagnosis

Objective To study the X-ray mammography and ultrasound diagnostic clinical effect in breast cancer patients for clinical basis. Methods April 2014 - May 2016 breast cancer patients to hospital for treatment of pathologically confirmed 60 cases of preoperative patients underwent ultrasound, X-ray mammography and diagnostic methods combined with the diagnosis and surgical pathologic results analysis of the diagnostic value of ultrasound and X-ray mammography in breast cancer patients. Results The ultrasound machine X-ray mammography clinical manifestations there are significant differences. Ultra-sound diagnostic performance of the top three are: irregular groups control substantial weak echo path and the aspect ratio of> 1, accounting for 86.67%, 83.33% and 60.00%; X-ray mammography performance of the top three, respectively, are: lymph nodes showed signs and outer burr calcification, which accounted for: 43.33%, 38.34% and 33.34%; diagnostic ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography diagnostic detection rate of 93.34%, significantly higher than 83.34% of diagnostic ultrasound and X-ray molybdenum 81.67% of the target diagnosis. Conclusion The diagnosis of breast cancer using ultrasound and X-ray mammography diagnosis has advantages and disadvantages, will be able to diagnose the two together to complement each other and improve the clinical diagnosis rate, it should be widely applied.
