股神经阻滞辅助全麻在膝关节置换手术过程中的应用效果分析

目的:研究股神经阻滞辅助全麻在膝关节置换手术过程中的应用效果.方法:选取我院2015年1月~12月收治的膝关节置换手术患者100例作为研究对象,随机将患者分为两组.其中对照组50例,单纯采用全身麻醉,观察组50例,采用单侧股神级阻滞辅助全身麻醉,观察并比较两组患者的麻醉相关指标.结果:对比两组患者手术时间和止血带应用时间,结果两组数据极为接近,无较大差异;与对照组相比,观察组丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼的用量极低,两组相比差异有统计学差异;且观察组丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼用量均显著低于对照组.结论:股神经阻滞辅助全身麻醉能够显著减少膝关节置换手术患者镇静类药物的使用,稳定患者的血流动力学,并且缩短患者术后的苏醒时间以及拔管时间,值得推广应用.

Analysis of application effect of femoral nerve block in the process of knee joint replacement

Objective To explore the application effect of femoral nerve block in the process of knee joint replacement surgery. Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to December, 100 cases of knee replacement surgery patients were se-lected as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 50 cases, simple general anesthesia was used, 50 cases in the observation group, with bilateral warren anaesthesia combined with general anesthesia, observed the anesthesia related indexes of two groups of patients. Results Compared with the two groups of patients, operation time and tourniquet time. The results two sets of data was very close to that of the no difference, compared with the control group, observation group of propofol and remifentanil dosage was extremely low, two groups of difference had statistical difference and observation group of propofol and remifentanil were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion Warren block general anesthesia can significantly reduce the use of knee replacement surgery in patients with sedative drugs, patients with stable hemodynamics and relationship patients postoperative recovery time and extubation time, is worthy of popularization and application.
