来曲唑对PCOS患者子宫内膜容受性及E2、PRL、LH、FSH激素水平变化的影响

目的:探讨来曲唑对PCOS患者子宫内膜容受性及E2、PRL、LH、FSH激素水平变化的影响.方法:在2014年12月~2015年9月期间,我院共收治100例PCOS患者.根据患者治疗方法的不同,将其分为实验组(n=52)与对照组(n=48).在实验组中,患者使用来曲唑进行治疗,而对照组患者使用克罗米酚进行治疗.观察两组患者治疗效果,并对其进行比较.结果:(1)实验组与对照组A、B型(血流类型以及内膜)患者人数无统计学意义,而实验组C型(血流类型以及内膜)患者人数明显少于对照组;(2)实验组患者子宫及子宫内膜下动脉上述指标值(RI、PI、S/D)明显小于对照组,且其差异性具有统计学意义;(3)治疗前,两组患者E2、PRL、LH以及FSH无明显差别,而治疗后,实验组患者上述指标值明显低于对照组;(4)实验组患者治疗临床结局(排卵率、妊娠率、OHSS发生率)明显好于对照组.且统计学结果表明,上述差异具有显著性.结论:来曲唑治疗PCOS患者,能明显改善患者子宫内膜容受性,并降低患者体内E2、PRL、LH、FSH激素水平,效果明显.因此,该方法具有在临床上广泛推广和使用的价值.

Study on the effect of patients with PCOS on endometrial receptivity and levels of hormone about E2, PRL,LH and FSH

Objective To study on the effect of patients with PCOS on endometrial receptivity and levels of hormone about E2, PRL, LH, FSH. Methods From December 2014 to September 2015, 100 patients with PCOS were treated in our hospital, which were considered as study objects. According to the different treatment methods, these patients were grouped into experi-mental group(n = 52)and control group(n = 48). In the experimental group, Letrozole was used in the treatment, and the patients were used with clomiphene for treatment in the control group. The treatment effect was observed compared. Results(1)There were no significance about blood type and endometriosis of A, B between these two groups, while the blood type and endometri-osis of C in experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group; (2)The index value(RI, PI, S/D)about uterine and endometrial artery in the experimental group was significantly less than the control group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant; (3)Before treatment, they were not significant about E2, PRL, LH and FSH in the groups, but after treatment, the index value stated above in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group; (4)the clinical outcomes of treatment for the patients in the experimental group(ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, the incidence rate of OHSS)was significantly better than the control group. The statistical results showed that the difference was significant. Conclusion Letrozole is used in the treatment of PCOS, which can significantly improve endometrial receptivity and reduce the levels of E2, PRL, LH, FSH. The effect is obvious. Therefore, the method is worth to extensive promotion and use in clinic.
