经皮冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病的临床疗效及手术前后患者血清VEGF水平变化研究

目的:探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病的临床疗效及手术前后患者血清VEGF水平变化情况.方法:选择2014年1月~2015年12月于我院进行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的冠心病患者96例为研究对象,设为观察组,均经桡动脉途径进行冠脉介入治疗,另选同期本院的健康体检者50例为对照组.分析观察组的手术效果,并检测手术前后患者血清VEGF水平变化.结果:PCI术成功率97.9%,术后并发症发生率5.2%,术后7天患者的LVEF较术前显著升高;术前,观察组患者的VEGF水平显明显高于对照组;术后即刻VEGF水平较术前明显升高,而术后48h和术后7d观察组患者的VEGF水平较术前明显下降.PCI术后即刻完全血运重建的患者与不完全血运重建的患者的VEGF水平比较无差异,而术后48 h和术后7 d全血运重建患者的VEGF水平均明显低于不完全血运重建的患者.结论:经桡动脉冠脉介入治疗冠心病的临床效果显著,且术前术中检测VEGF有助于判断PCI术后患者的血运恢复情况.

The effect of PCI on CHD and the change of VEGF level before and after operation

Objective To investigate the effect of PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention) on CHD (coronary heart dis-ease) and the change of VEGF level before and after operation.Methods 96 cases o f patients with CHD were selected as the observation group and all treated with PCI through radial artery,50 healthy persons were selected as control group. the effect of PCI and the level of VEGF in two group were compared.Results The success rate of PCI was97.9%, and the rate of compli-cations after operation was 5.2%, the LVEF of the observation group after operation was significantly higher than that of before operation. Before operation, the VEGF level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control, Afore op-eration, VEGF level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the before operation.Conclusion The effect of PCI through radial artery on CHD were Significant, and the detection of VEGF level is help to observe the blood supply statua.
