| 摘 要： | 目的:观察研究尿路感染患者Th细胞亚群的变化探讨其临床意义.方法:采用流式细胞仪技术,检测32例尿路感染患者外周血Th细胞亚群(Th1、Th2、Treg、Th17)与10例健康者相比.结果:尿路感染患者CD3+4+T细胞(Th细胞)比例较健康者显著上升,差异有统计学意义,CD3+T细胞、CD3+8+T细胞比例较健康者无显著差异,CD4+/CD8+T细胞比例上升.Th1、Th2、Th17细胞比例较健康者显著上升,差异有统计学意义.Treg细胞比例较健康者无显著差异.Th1/Th2较健康者降低,但无统计学差异.结论:尿路感染患者T细胞亚群和Th细胞亚群的失衡,存在着免疫紊乱.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the change of T help cell subsets in Urinary Tract Infection(UTI)patients. Methods Pe-ripheral blood mononuclear cells were collected from 32 Urinary Tract Infection patients and 10 healthy persons. The percent-age of Th subsets were detected by Flow Cytometry analysis. Results The percentage of CD3+4+T cells in UTI patients was sig-nificantly higher than healthy persons as well as the ratio of CD4+ /CD8+T cells. No obvious alteration was observed in CD3+8+ T cell. The percentage of Th1, Th2, Th17 cell in UTI patients increased compared to healthy persons, while the percentage of Treg cell and the ratio of Th1/Th2 cell were no significant difference. Conclusion There is disorder of T help cell subsets in Urinary Tract Infection patients. |
