ER、PR、Ki-67表达与子宫内膜癌发生的相关性研究

目的:探究雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、Ki-67表达与子宫内膜癌发生的关系.方法:随机选取2013年1月~2015年10月期间到院就诊并确诊为子宫内膜癌的50例患者为观察组(Group A).同期随机选择我院接收的100例患者样本,其中50例为子宫内膜非典型增生病变(Group B)以及50例患者病检结果为正常增生期子宫内膜者(Group C)作为对照.分别采用免疫组化MaxVisionTM2/HRP染色法对三组研究对象组织中ER、PR、Ki-67进行检测,对其表达水平及其临床意义进行分析,最后统计分析所有结果.结果:癌变组中ER、PR表达明显低于非典型增生组和正常增生期内膜组(对照组),且非典型增生组显著低于正常增生期内膜组.Ki-67在癌变组中表达最为明显,在正常增生期子宫内膜组表达量最少,两组比较具有统计学意义.结论:ER、PR、Ki-67表达情况与子宫内膜癌的发生发展具有密切的关联性,能够明显反应子宫内膜癌的病变程度及预后,可将其作为子宫内膜癌临床靶向治疗的重点研究方向.

The correlation research between ER,PR, Ki-67 expression and the occurrence of endometrial cancer

ObjectiveT o explore the relationship between the expression levels of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), Ki -67 and the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma.Methods Randomly selected50 cases of patients as the research object which had a diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2015. At the same time to randomly select 100 cases we receivered as the control group, among them50 cases had atypical hyperplasia of en-dometrium and50 cases had normal proliferative endometrium. In three groups, we tested the expression levels of ER, PR and Ki-67 in tissues by immunohistochemistry MaxVisionTM / HRP staining, then to research the clinical significance, at last we analyzed all results by statistical methods.Result The expression levels of ER and PR in the observation group were lower than the contorl group, and the expression levels in the atypical hyperplasia of endometrium group were significantly lower than in the normal proliferative endometrium group. The expression levels of Ki -67 were the most obvious in the observation group, and the expression levels were the least in normal proliferative endometrium group, it had statistical significance in the two groups. Conclusion The expression levels of ER, PR and Ki -67 were closely related with the occurrence and development of endome-trial cancer, their expression levels could obviously reflected the degree and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. It can be as the clinical key research direction of targeted therapy in endometrial cancer.
