无针缝合器在闭合再次剖宫产手术切口中的应用

目的 :研究无针缝合器闭合再次剖宫产术切口的效果.方法 :107例因疤痕子宫行剖宫产手术的患者,应用立辰无针缝合器闭合切口.另105例疤痕子宫患者采用腹部切口皮内缝合方法,对比两组手术切口的缝合时间、患者满意度、术后疼痛及切口愈合情况.结果 :实验组术后48小时疼痛评分≤2分49例(45.79%),>2~6分58例(54.21%);对照组术后48小时疼痛评分≤2分22例(20.95%),>2~6分83例(79.05%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义.实验组缝合切口皮肤时间(5.31±0.64)s,住院天数(4.33±0.81)d、、伤口瘢痕宽度分别为(2.82±0.63)cm,对照组缝合切口皮肤时间(8.95±1.48)s,住院天数(5.72±1.98)d,伤口瘢痕宽度分别为(6.23±2.24)cm,两组差异有统计学意义.实验组满意度(62.62%)明显高于对照组(38.10%),两组差异有统计学意义.结论 :无针皮肤吻合器可缩短手术时间、术后切口愈合好,术后疼痛明显减轻,患者满意度高,优于皮内缝合法,易被患者所接受,值得进一步推广应用.

The application of without needle stitch closure in repeated cesarean section incision

Objective To observe the effect of wihtout needle stitch closure in repeated cesarean section incision. Methods We chose 212 cases of repeated cesarean section incision. Their indication for surgery was uterine scar. They were divided into experimental group (107 cases) and the control group (105 cases). Experimental group were given without needle stitch closed incision of skin and the control group were given traditional needle suture skin incision. The time skin, the skin suture incision scar wound unit length, hospitalization days, patients satisfaction and postoperative pain were compared. Results Needle without stitch machine skin incision was (5.31±0.64) seconds, hosptitalization days was (4.33±0.81) days, the wound scar width was (2.82±0.63) cm, which were significantly lower than that in the traditional needle stitch suture incision skin (8.95±1.48) sec-onds, hospitalization days (5.72±1.98) days, the wound of scar width (6.23±2.24) cm. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant. Two group had significant difference of patient satisfaction and postoperative days. Conclusion Needle without stitch machine can shorten the skin incision and significantly reduce the postoperative pain. The healing of inci-sion was good and the patient satisfaction rate was higher than traditional incision method. It's worth to spread in obstetrics.
