腹腔脂肪型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂与冠心病类型及严重程度的影响

目的:探讨血清腹腔脂肪型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的类型及病变程度的关系.方法:选择湖南师范大学附属第一医院心内科2015年11月~2016年11月入院拟诊为冠心病患者118例,根据临床症状、相关诊断标准及冠状动脉造影术检查,分成急性冠脉综合症(ACS)组37例、稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组51例和无冠心病组30例;采用酶联吸附法(ELISA)测定血清vaspin浓度,分析血清vaspin与冠心病的相关性.结果:急性冠脉综合症(ACS)组(0.66±0.44)ng/mL和稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组(0.86±0.37)ng/mL血清vaspin浓度显著低于无冠心病组(1.27±0.37)ng/mL;多元Logistic回归分析显示低血清vaspin水平是冠心病发病的独立危险因素.结论:冠心病患者血清vaspin水平较低,且血清vaspin水平与冠心病的发病及病变程度有关.

The impact study of serum vaspin and pathological changes of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)type and degree

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum vaspin and pathological changes of CHD type and degree. Methods Choose 118 patients who have tentative diagnosed with coronary heart disease and all have underwent coro-nary angiography analysis. According to the clinical symptoms and relevant standard of diagnosis, patients were divided into the ACS group (n=37), SAP group (n=51) and the control group (n=30). The sample was tested for serum concentration of vaspin by ELISA, analysis the correlation of serum vaspin and coronary heart disease. Results The serum vaspin concentration in ACS group (0.66±0.44) ng/mL and SAP group (0.86±0.37) ng/mL was significantly lower than normal coronary group (1.27±0.37) ng/mL; Through multivariale Logistic regression analysis that low serum vaspin was the independent risk factor of CHD's at-tack. Conclusion The patients with CHD had a low serum vaspin level, even vaspin was related with the degree of pathological changes and the occurrence of CHD.
