经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果研究

目的:研究经尿道双极等离子电切术在良性前列腺增生患者中的临床疗效,为临床提供依据.方法:选取2014年1月~2016年4月医院诊治的良性前列腺增生患者70例,根据治疗措施不同将患者分为对照组35例和观察组35例.对照组采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TVP)治疗,观察组采用经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗,比较两组临床疗效.结果:观察组手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、术中出血量,显著少于对照组;观察组切除前列腺重量,显著多于对照组;观察组术后并发症发生率为8.6%,显著低于对照组的20.0%;观察组治疗后IPSS、RUV,显著低于对照组;观察组治疗后Qmax变化,显著高于对照组.结论:良性前列腺增生患者采用经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗效果理想,值得推广应用.

Clinical Effect of transurethral bipolar plasma resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To study the transurethral bipolar plasma resection of clinical efficacy in benign prostatic hyperpla-sia patients for clinical basis.Methods January2014 - April 2016 the hospital for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia 70 cases, according to the different treatment patients were divided into a control group of35 cases and 35 cases of observa-tion group. The control group was transurethral transurethral resection (TVP) treatment, observation group transurethral bipolar plasma resection were compared clinical efficacy.Results The operative time, bladder irrigation time, blood loss was signifi-cantly less than the control group; the observation group resection of prostate weight, significantly more than the control group; postoperative complications observed the rate was 8.6%, significantly lower than the 20.0% in the control group; the observation group after treatment IPSS, RUV, significantly lower than the control group; Qmax changes observed after treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia transurethral bipolar plasma resection results are satisfactory, it should be widely applied.
