| 摘 要： | 目的研究紫荆泽兰挥发油的化学成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对紫荆泽兰挥发油的化学成分进行分析,并用面积归一化法计算了各组分的相对含量。结果从紫荆泽兰挥发油中共分离出84个峰,鉴定了其中68个成分。结论紫荆泽兰挥发油的主要化学成分为萜类化合物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of essential oil in Eupatorium adenophorum.Methods The chemical constituents of essential oil in Eupatorium adenophorum were analyzed by GC-MS with capillary column.The relative percentage contents of the constituents were determined by GC with area mormaliaing method.Results 84peaks were separated and 68 of them were identified.Conclusion The major chemical constituents of essential oil in Eupatorium adenophorum are terpenes. |
