| 摘 要： | 目的 报道3例少见的原发性双侧股骨外髁骨坏死的放射及关节镜下表现。方法 对3例原发性双侧股骨外髁骨坏死进行放射检查和关节镜治疗。结果 3例病人一个月后开始负重,疼痛消失,关节活动度正常。结论 一、二期骨坏死应以非手术治疗为主,三、四期应以手术治疗为主,关节镜治疗是其中一种兼检查和治疗于一体的较有效的手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To report 3 patients who suffered from a vascular femoral condyle necrosis. Methods The charts, radiographs, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans of patients who suffered from osteonecrosis of the knee treated with arthroscopic surgery were reviewed. Results Three patients returned to work and achieved a good-to-excellent long-term results. Conclusion Arthroscopic knee surgery is a good methed to evaluate and treat the patients who suffered from avascular osteonecrosis of knee. |
