CT导引下胸部病变穿刺活检的临床应用

目的 探讨CT导引下胸部病变穿刺活检的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析183例胸部病变在CT扫描图像上选择最佳层面、进针点和进针角度作抽吸活检和切割活检。结果 穿刺成功率100%，胸部病变确诊率为88.8％。气胸发生率15．9%。结论 CT引导下胸部病变穿刺为一种安全、有效的诊断方法。

The Clinical Application of CT-guided Percutaneous Biopsy

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of CT-guided percutaneous biopsy with thoracic lesion.Methods A total of 183 cases who had accepted CT-guided percutaneous biopsy were studied. The final diagnosis was made according to pathological confirmation or follow-up observation. Aspiration and tissue-cut biopsy methods were used. The best slice puncture point and angle were chosen on CT imaging. All samples were sent for pathological and microbiological examinations. Results The accuracy of centesis was 100%. The general diagnostic accuracy rate was 88.8%. For 47 lesions below 2cm in size, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 87.4%, while for 137 lesions over 2cm in size, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 89.3%. The incidence of pneumothorax was 15.9%.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous thoracic lesion biopsy is a safe and effective diagnostic method.
