20世纪中叶,潘菲尔德与拉斯穆森绘制的大脑皮层功能定位图,即"矮人图",对神经科学的发展产生了推动作用,而同时期兴起的部位针法,其施术部位与"小矮人"身上的突出部位不谋而合。本文从神经系统与针刺效应的关系出发,探讨了"矮人图"与针刺选穴之间的相关性,以期为临床上穴位的选择提供一些新思路。

Discussion on relevance of penfield''s homunculus and acupoint selection

In the middle of the 20th century,the function map of cerebral cortex drawn by Penfield and Rasmussen,which is called "Penfield's homunculus",played a role in the development of neurology.Micro-needling therapy,which sprang up in the aforementioned period,presents similarities between its treatment positions and the important parts of homunculus.This article discusses the relevance of them on the basis of the relation between nervous system and effects of acupuncture,and offers some ideas about the acupoint selection in clinical practice.
