单硝酸异山梨醇酯与低分子肝素钙联合应用治疗肺心病心力衰竭

目的：观察单硝酸异山梨醇酯与低分子肝素钙联合应用对肺心病心力衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法：对102例肺心病心力衰竭的病人在常规治疗的同时，加单硝酸异山梨醇酯及低分子肝素钙。单硝酸异山梨醇酯10mg/日，疗程10天。低分子肝素钙5000AxaIU/日，疗程7天。结果：治疗前后测定动脉分压（PaO2)、动脉二氧化碳分压（PaCO2)，超声心动图测定每搏输出量（SV）、每分输出量（CO）、射血分数（EF）、肺动脉收缩压（PACP）。治疗前后加以比较（P＜0．01），以上指标明显改善。结论：单硝酸异山梨醇酯与低分子肝素钙联合应用，对肺心病心力衰竭的病人有良好的疗效。

Isosorbide combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium treated patients of heart failure caused by chronic plumonale heart disease

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of isosorbide combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in curing the patients with heart failure which caused by chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD) Methods 102 patients with heart failure of CPHD were treated by using isosorbide and low molecular weight heparin calcium and at the same time with a routine therapy Isosorbide 10mg/day,for 10 days Low moleaclar weight heparin calcium 5 000 AxaIU/day,for 7 days Results Before and after treatment We observed the changes of SV,CO,EF,PACP,PaO 2 and PaCO 2 and all the indexes were significative improvement(P<0 01) Conclusion Isosorbide combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium can improve heart function of chronic pulmonary heart diease
