膀胱癌ras,MDR1基因表达及其相互关系的实验研究

摘    要:应用免疫组化技术对32例膀胱癌ras基因,MDR1基因的表达及其相互关系进行了研究。结果表明:32例膀胱癌ras基因,MDR1基因的阳性表达率分别为37.5%,62.5%,初发膀胱癌ras基因,MDR1基因的阳性表达率分别为35%,50%,而化疗后复发的膀胱癌ras基因、MDR1基因的阳性表达率为41.6%、83.3%。随着肿瘤病理分级的升高,ras基因及MDR1基因的阳性表达率也随之增高,结果证

Abstract:The study of expression of ras and MDR1 gene with the immunohistochemical technique in 32 patients with bladder tumor revealed that the positive expression rates of ras,MDR1 gene were 37.5% and 62.5% respectively in 32 cases, 35% and 50% respectively in primary tumor, but in recurrent tumor 41.6% and 83.3% respectively,and ras, MDR1 gene expression rates increased as the pathologic grade ascended. These results indicated that the overexpression of ras,MDR1 gene was closely associated with malignant biological behavior, pathologic grade and recurrence of bladder tumor, and the expression of ras gene may activate and regulate MDR1 gene expression.
