目的：评估胃肠促动力药西沙比利与法莫替丁联用，对胃溃疡愈合和对上腹部症状的影响。方法：１０６例胃溃疡病人随机分成两组，治疗组口服西沙比利（１０ｍｇ，４次／日）和法莫替丁（２０ｍｇ，２次／日）；对照组仅口服法莫替丁。治疗４周后复查胃镜并评估上腹部症状（包括不适、胀、痛）的缓解。结果：４周后治疗组溃疡愈合率为７７．３６％（４１／５３），对照组溃疡愈合率为５４．７６％（２３／４２），差异有显著性意义（Ｐ

Cisapride and Famotidine in Combination Treating Gastric Ulceration

The aim of this study was to evaluate the combination of cisapride and famotidine in the treatment of gastric ulcer with regard to healing and epigastric symptom (including discomfort, distention and pain)relief. Methods; 106 patients were randomly allocated to treatment with the combination of 10 mg cisapride 4 times daily and 20 mg famotidine twice daily (the treatment group)or 20 mg famotidine twice daily(the control group). After 4 weeks' treatment,a control gastroscopy was performed and epigastric symptom relief was evaluated. Results :Healing rate after 4 weeks' treatment was 77. 37%(41/ 53) for the treatment group and 54. 76% (23/42)for the control group respectively, the difference was significant statistically (P<0. 05). The epigastric pain relief was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The combination of cisapride and famotidine in the treatment of gastric ulcer enhances the healing rate and improves epigastric symptom relief in patients with gastric ulcer.
