高胆固醇血症的红细胞变形能力研究

应用德国ＦＭ－４红细胞滤过渡仪及镍金属滤膜检测６７例高胆固醇血症患者及４０例正常对照者的红细胞变形能力及血液粘度。结果，一固醇血症时反映红细胞变形能力的各项指标（最小余量值、初始斜率、０．５０斜率、０．８０斜率）显著异常，说明红细胞变形能力显著降低，同时血液粘度也明显升高，２３例服用辛伐他汀等调脂药物，血胆固醇水平显著降低后，红细胞变形各项指标显著好转，血粘度也趋下降，反映变形能力的敏感指标最小余

The Red Blood Cell Deformability in Hypercholesterolemic Patients

By using FM-4 RBC filtermeter and nickel filtering membrane,the red cell deformability(RCD) was measured in 67 hypercholesterolemic patients and 40 normal controls. The results showed that the RCD of hypercholesterolemic patients was significantly decreased,and the blood viscosity apparently elevated. Twenty-one cases among the 67 hypercholesterolemic patients were treated with antihyperc-holesterolemic drugs(simvastatin or others)over 8 weeks,the RCD was significantly improved,and the blood viscosity decreased. The minimal residual which sensitively reflected the RCD was positively related with blood viscosity (r= 0. 94,0. 64,P<0. 01). It was suggested that hypercholesterolemia decreased RCD and caused elevating the blood viscosity. After efficient antihyperlipemic treatment, the abnormal RCD and blood viscosity could be improved.
