摘    要:为了研究茶色素对急性脑梗死患者血清NO,SOD及MDA的影响,分别测定了81例急性脑梗死患者应用茶以素治疗前治疗后1周,2周及1个月时血清NO,SOD,MDA含量,并取75例急性脑梗死但未应用茶色素治疗的患者作为对照。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of tea pigment on serum nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dis-mutase(SOD) and malonyldialdehyde(MDA) concentrations in acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods: Serum NO,SOD and MDA were measured in ACI patients treated with tea pigment (treatment group) and in ACI patients without tea pigment treatment( control group). Results: It was found that serum NO and MDA contents in treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after one week (P<0.05),and SOD activity in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P < 0.01). These changes were more significant after 2 ~ 4weeks ( P < 0.01). Conclusions: The study confirmed that the tea pigment may be an excellent antioxidant and could be used to eliminate excessive free radicals and to enhance antilipid-peroxidation effect in acute cerebral infarction.
