| 摘 要： | 采用多普勒超声心动图技术，对１６例临界高血压病，１８例伴左房增大的高血压病，及２８例正常健康人的左室舒张功能进行测定。结果：不同期搞血压病患者的左室舒张功能有不同程度的减退，减退的规律是；有左房增大的高血压病－临界高血压病－正常健康人。

| Abstract: | The left ventricular diastolic function (LVDF)of 16 patients with border essential hypertension (BEH), 18 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and 28 healthy adults was determined using pulse doppler echocardiogram. The results showed that there was a decrease of LVDF in patients with essential hypertension in different stages. The LVDF of BEH group was significantly decreased than that of healthy adults. The LVDF of EH group was significantly worse than that of BEH group. Large left a-trium was an early sign of hypertensive heart disease, resulted from decrease of LVDF. |
