| 摘 要： | 应用急性心肌梗死急性期心泵功能数学模型，对１０６例急性心肌梗死急性期患者的临床资料进行统计分析。筛选出血压，双肺罗音，心音，奔马律，并发症等５项显性指标，代入回归方程Ｙ＝－０．０５９５＿０．５５７７Ｘ８＋１．６２８０Ｘ９＋０．２９５９Ｘ１０＋０．７４５６Ｘ１１＋０．１７０９Ｘ１３。结果表明，该模型对泵功能估计的符合率为８４．９％，正常泵功能符合率８４．２５，泵衰竭估计符合率８６．７％。

| Abstract: | Clinical data of 106 inpatients suffering from acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in acute stage were collected,the data of blood pressure, presence of pulmonary rales, abnormal heart sounds, gallop and accompanying diseases were set in the regressive model Y= -0.059 5 0.557 7X8 1.628 OX9 0.295 9X10 0.745 6X11 0.170 9X13. In consequence, the general correspondence rate of normal pump function was 84.9%, the correspondence rate of normal pump function was 84.2%, and pump failure was 86.7% . So the model would have a certain clinical value in assessing pump function changes in acute stage of AMI. |
