51例糖尿病患者治疗前后血液流变学改变

观察５１例糖尿病（ＤＭ）患者代谢控制后前后血液流变学改变，其中２５例给予蝮它抗栓酶治疗，结果显示，ＤＭ患者血液流变学明显异常，合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病组合及合并视网膜病变知液流变学异常较无合并症组更明显，代谢改善组血液流变学异常明显改善，代谢未改善组血液流变学异常改善不显著，蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗后血液粘滞度明显减低，提示早期代谢控制和蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗可改善ＤＭ患者血液流变学异常。

Changes of Hemorheology of 51 Diabetic Patients after Glycemic Control and Ahalysantinfarctase Treatment

The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of metabolic control and ahalysantmfarctase treatment on hemorheology of diabetes mellitus (DM) patients. Fifty-one DM patients were given diet restriction and/or oral hypoglycemic agents treatment for one month, and 25 of them were given ahalysantinfarctase treatment for one month. The blood How properties were measured before and after treatment. Results; 1. The hemorheological abnormalities of 51 DM patients manifested more significantly than control group (n= 20) ,P<0. 01. 2. The hemorheological abnormalities of DM patients complicated by coronary heart disease (n=9) and diabetic retincpathy (n= 34) manifested more significantly than non-complication group,respectively. 3. The hemorheological properties of 38 patients with improved metabolic control significantly improved as compared with baseline,and those of 13 patients with poor metabolic control had no significant change. 4. After ahalysantinfarctase treatment, the hemorheological properties of 25 patients improved significantly. Conclusion :DM patients had hemorheological abnormalities and metabolic control and ahalysantinfarctase treatment could improve blood flow-properties,and might be benefical in the prevention of diabetic macro-and microangiopathy.
