斑秃患者淋巴细胞CD54分子表达的研究

摘    要:为为了解淋巴细胞粘附分子与斑秃发病的关系。应用FACScan流式的细胞仪,对斑秃患者外周血淋巴细胞CD54分子的表达进行了定量研究。结果显示:1.斑秃患者的淋巴细胞CD54表达量较对照组显著增高。2.全秃患者淋巴细胞CD54分子表达量明显高于局限性患者。3.患者淋巴细胞CD54分子表达与病程长短无关。提示淋巴细胞粘附分子可能在斑秃发病中起重要作用。

Abstract:In order to understand the relationship between lymphocyte-adhesion molecule and pathogenesis of alopecia areata, expression of CD54 on lymphocytes from patients with alopecia areata were detected by using flow cytometry. The results were as follows; (1)Compared with normal subjects,increased expression of CD54 on lymphocytes from patients was observed(P<0. 001). (2)Expression of CD54 in generalized lesion group was increased compared with localized lesion group(P<0. 05). (3)There was no correlation between expression of CD54 and course of the disease. It is suggested that CD54 molecule may play an important role in the pathogenesis of alopecia areata.
