心肌梗死后室性心动过速的电生理研究

摘    要:用电生理方法研究心肌梗死后72小时犬模型的室性心律失常。结果发现由程序电刺激诱发的持续性室速的机率为42.86%,该期室速的机制主要为折返,自律性异常及触发性激动也是该期室速发生的可能机制,安搏律定可有效地终止和预防折返性和自律性室速的发生。

Abstract:The ventricular tacbyarrhythmias after myocardial infarction had been studied in canine model. The results showed that the probability of sustained ventricular tachycardias induced by programmed electrical stimulation was 42.86 % and that of the nonsustained ventricular tachycardias and repetitive ventricular response were 35.71 % and 92.86% respectively. The cycle length of the sustained ventricular tachycardias which could be induced and terminated by electrical stimulation was shorter than that which could not be terminated by electrical stimulation. The mechanisms of the ventricular tachycardias in 72 hours after myocardial infarction in canine model was dominantly re-entrant activity. Abnormal automaticity and triggered activity were also included in this stage. Aprindine can terminate and prevent the occurrene of the reentrant or automatic ventricular tachycardias.
