联合应用卷曲霉素治疗耐多药肺结核临床疗效观察

目的解决耐多药结核病(MDR-TB)发生率不断上升。长期排菌以成为重要的公共传染源和治疗中的难题。方法应用卷曲霉素(CPM)静脉滴注联合其他4种对结核菌敏感的药物组成新的化疗方案,对耐多药肺结核病人进行治疗,避免肌注造成局部硬结。结果耐药肺结核,痰菌阴转率高达78.36%,空洞闭合率达37.14%。结论全程贯彻直接监督化疗(DOTS)原则,选用对结核菌敏感的药物合理组合,疗效是可靠的,值得推广。

Glimical Study on Treatment of Mulitplo-drug resitance tuber culosis by the new. Chernotherayry cheme

Objective To resolve the problem that the prevalence rate of multiple-drug-resistant tuberculosis raised constantly.Releasing the bacteria for a long time has become the main infection resourse and the difficult problem in treatment.Methods Using the new chemotherapy scheme which is intravenous injection Capreomycin combined with other four drugs which are sensitive to tuberculosis bacteria to treat the patients who are resistant to multiple drugs and avoid local node caused by intramuscular injectln.Results The rate of the test of tuberculosis bacteria turning to negative is up to 80.35% and the closing rate of the cavity is up to 37.14%.Conclusion It is reliable and worthy of being carried out videly to full-term and directly mornitor the chemotherapy principle and choose the drugs sensitive to tuberculosis bacteria to combine reasonably.
