徐州市离休老干部2004年生活方式疾病流行病学调查

目的了解徐州市离休老干部的生活方式疾病流行情况。方法采用横断多级调查分析法,进行问卷调查和健康体检,结果进行统计分析处理。结果①在离休老干部中,超重、肥胖、糖调节受损、糖尿病发病率在男性分别是48.07%,18.47%,19.21%,18.78%,在女性分别是48.51%,14.47%,18.30%,16.60%。②在1 843名离休老干部中高值血压、高血压、血脂异常发病率分别为15.57%,65.06%,51.28%,吸烟者占23.11%,运动锻炼少的占6.89%。结论生活方式疾病在离休老干部中很普遍,是一个不可否认的公共卫生重要问题。应有针对性地加强健康管理和健康促进,改善老干部的生活质量,降低心脑血管疾病恶性事件发生率及糖尿病发病率。

Epidemiological Survey of Life Style Disease Among the Retired Veteran Cadres in Xuzhou

Objective To investigate the prevalence of life style disease among the retired veteran cadres in Xuzhou.Methods A cross sectional survey was performed in analyzing the results of questionnaire and health examination.Results The incidences of overweight,fatness,impaired glucose regulation and diabetes in male were 48.07%,18.47%,19.21%,18.78% respective-ly,and they were 48.15%,14.47%,18.30%,16.00% in female.Among 1843 cadres,the incidence of high blood pressure,hypertension and dyslipoproteinemia were 15.57%,65.06%,51.28% respectively.23.11% of them were smoking and 6.89% were lake of exercise.Conclusions The life style disease was prevalent among retired veteran cadres.Pertinent healthy menagment should be strenghthen,and the quality of life of cadres should bu improved,so as to decrease the incidences of car-diovascular diseases,cerebrovascular disease and diabetes.
