龈上皮细胞在不同粗糙度纯钛表面黏附情况的研究

摘    要:目的研究表面粗糙度对龈上皮细胞在纯钛表面黏附情况的影响。方法体外培养的龈上皮细胞在表面粗糙度不同的纯钛片表面培养,分别计数黏附在纯钛片表面的龈上皮细胞数目和细胞克隆数目。结果培养4 h后,不同粗糙度的纯钛表面均可见到龈上皮细胞黏附,培养48 h后在不同粗糙度的纯钛表面黏附的龈上皮细胞数量有差异,在培养72 h后不同粗糙度纯钛表面细胞克隆数也有差异。结论表面粗糙度对龈上皮细胞在纯钛表面的黏附有一定影响,光滑的纯钛表面可能更适合细胞黏附。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of surface roughness on gingival epithelial cells attaching to titanium.Method Epithelial cells were cultured on titanium with different roughness surfaces in vitro.The number of attached cells and cell colonies were counted at different time.Result After incubation for four hours,gingival epithelial cells attached to titanium surfaces.The number of cells attached and colonies on rough surface were less than that on smooth surface.Conclusion The results indicate that roughness play an important role on the attachment of gingival epithelial cell to titanium.
