脑梗死与脑出血患者的相关危险因素对比研究

目的比较各种危险因素在脑出血与脑梗死患者中的差异。方法经CT或磁共振成像（MRI）确诊的脑梗死481例、脑出血214例。分别于住院24h内检测总胆固醇（TC），三酰甘油（TG），高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C），低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C），载脂蛋白A1、B（apoA1、B），血压，血糖，血尿酸水平，并作比较分析。结果脑出血组与脑梗死组比较，血糖、HDL—C总体平均值水平明显增高，差异具有显著性（P〈0．01）；血尿酸、apoB总体平均值水平低于后组，差异具有显著性（P〈0．01）；而TC、TG、LDL—C、apoA1差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。收缩压及平均血压脑出血组远高于脑梗死组。结论本研究提示血压、血糖、血尿酸、部分血脂成份共同为脑卒中的危险因素，对脑卒中的预防应采取综合措施。
